Newcastle Serviced Office Packages

Premium Office Packages

Full Office Facilities – Premium Package: From $230 + GST per week

For Lockable self-contained office. This charge includes all of the following services at no extra cost:

  • Two phone lines and two telephone handsets. Extra lines are available if required @ $35 per line per month
  • Receptionist to welcome and direct your clients.
  • Messages taken in your absence and placed in your internal mail box.
  • We will collect your daily mail from the Dangar Post Office. We have a dedicated P.O. Box at Dangar which you can use as your own or you may wish to arrange your own.
  • Daily dispatch of your outgoing mail.
  • 200 photocopies per month included at no charge.
  • Allowance of 4 hours per week use of boardroom/ interview room in any combination.
  • Tea, coffee, milk, sugar supplies for you and your clients.
  • Shower facilities for your staff.
  • 24 Hour access to security monitored premises.
  • Inclusive of outgoings such as power and office cleaning.
  • Office furnished with desk, high back executive chair, two visitors chairs, desk return, and credenza. A second desk can be provided if required.
  • Free Yellow Pages listing of your business number in the business category of your choice.

Virtual Office – Premium Package: From $70 + GST per week:

  • One phone line which you can advertise as your business number.
  • Phone calls answered in your business name with messages taken and placed in our internal mail box.
  • Free Yellow Pages listing of your business number in the business category of your choice.
  • The use of our CBD address on your business cards and stationery.
  • We will collect your daily mail from the Dangar Post Office by giving you the use of a PO Box which you can advertise as your mailing address.
  • Allowance of 4 hours per week use of boardroom/interview room in any combination.
  • Tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided for you and your visitors when in the office.
  • The use of our photocopier, fax, printers, binding machine on a pay as you go basis.
  • Secretarial support to provide your typing requirements.
  • Signage – you have the choice to have either or both, your business name engraved on a metal plate and laced on our directory board in reception, or, your business name and logo in colour on a 500mm X 400mm Perspex sheet placed in the shop-front window. The initial cost to produce the signs is to be borne by you.

Signage

This is available on both the directory board in the foyer area and in the street-front window. Prices are based on quotes provided by Opalescent Signs.

On-Site Security Parking: $35 per week
* Subject to availability

If a car space is required we can allocate a dedicated space. The parking area is off street, undercover and secure, accessed via remote control door.

Public Parking

There is plentiful on-street parking available at most times. There is a public parking station behind spotlight which is one block away. This is available for casual parking or you can arrange permanent parking at very reasonable rates.
